Xfint Cables offers a full refund for any service that has not yet been activated. If your service has been activated, you may request a refund within 30 days of activation. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of your request.
Xfint Cables offers a 100% refund on all orders that are cancelled within 7 days of the order date. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued.
Cancellations
You may cancel your service at any time by calling our customer service department. There is no cancellation fee for service that has not yet been activated. If your service has been activated, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $50.
To cancel your order, please contact Xfint Cables customer service at 1-800-555-1212. You can also cancel your order online by logging into your account and clicking on the "Cancel Order" button.
